Adelaide Hills Fresh (AHF) was founded by Mark Joyce and James Walters in late 2017 with clear ambition, vision and goals to grow, innovate and develop the South Australian horticultural category.

As part of the Joyson Group we are a vertically integrated business from the nursery, orchards, storage, marketing and distribution.
Meet Our Team
Mark Joyce
As a Horticulturist for over 35 years, Mark Joyce is a 4th generation apple grower within the Adelaide Hills. Mark's innovation and foresight for new varieties, growing practices and marketing insights makes him a leader within the industry.
James Walters
With 30 years' experience in the industry, James is one of Australia's leading fruit marketers. His knowledge, experience and relationship network locally, nationally and internationally globalises Adelaide Hills Fresh.
